• Code libraries & reusable components
• Frameworks & internal tools

We may showcase the final work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use APIs, hosting platforms, plugins, or tools provided by third parties.

We are not responsible for:

• Downtime from external providers
• Bugs in third-party systems
• Policy or pricing changes made by them

Some tools may need additional paid licenses.

6. Data & Privacy

7. Warranty & Liability Limitations

Sourch Technologies is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue
• Business interruption
• Website downtime caused by hosting or third-party tools
• Security breaches arising from unmanaged hosting by the client

8. Cancellation Policy

• Once work begins, the client cannot cancel.
• Payments made are non-refundable.
• If the client stops midway, full project payment remains due.

9. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under Delhi jurisdiction unless stated otherwise.
